Due to migrant population, there is an increase in the incidence of HIV/AIDS in Western Rajasthan. Association Francois – Xavier Bagnoud (Switzerland) has started an “FXB center for infectious diseases” in the hospital premises. Free HIV testing is done after taking a written consent. Pre & post-test counseling is done in all cases. People are made aware of the dangers of HIV/AIDS by audio – visual methods.
